Visit to Moss Yacht Factory: We Saw the Production Stages of Ruby VIP on Site
We visited Moss Yacht's Yalova factory where our Ruby VIP 550 model boat is manufactured and had the opportunity to see the production process of the boat up close and meet the craftsmen who worked on this process. I am happy to tell you how detailed and meticulous the workmanship was during this visit.
First Step to the Factory: A Warm Welcome
When we arrived at the factory, we were greeted by Aşkın Tanrıverdi, one of the Moss Yacht executives. First, we stopped by the company's founder, Emine Aslan. While drinking our tea, we had the opportunity to talk about both the production details of Ruby VIP and delivery dates. Mr's Emine industry knowledge and vision made her passion for boats felt in every word.
Exciting Journey in Workshops
We visited different parts of the factory:
• Chrome Workshop: Here, we saw how the stainless steel parts used on the boat were meticulously prepared.
• Carpentry Workshop: The wooden details in the boat interior come to life here. The craftsmen were working with great care.
• Casting and Moulding Workshop: It was fascinating to learn how to prepare fibre moulds. It was fascinating to watch a boat start to “take shape” here.
• Upholstery Workshop: We visited the place where the interior and exterior upholstery of our boat is perfectly prepared.
• Electrical Workshop: We learned that all electrical systems used on the boat were designed by the professional team here.
• Warehouses: We were amazed by the order of the production process in this area where every piece is meticulously stored.
We chatted with the masters at every stage and held the microphone out to them. Hearing their experiences and details about the production process firsthand made this content much more meaningful.

During this visit, we understood once again that a boat is not just a vehicle, but also a combination of hundreds of efforts, craftsmanship and passion. Seeing why a boat like Ruby VIP is so special is through understanding the production processes.
